Don Disfraz, known as Signor costume in Italy, is a fancy dress, party decoration and accessories E-commerce. A young and upbeat company which carries entertainment in its DNA and wants to share it with the people that contact get into contact with it. The company works with customers so that they can choose the best products and they can enjoy unforgettable celebrations.
When they contacted us, their needs were to boost the growth of Don Disfraz in the Italian market under the brand, Signor Costume and on the other hand, create a Business Intelligence system for quick decision-making.

We created a sustainable marketing strategy, based on three pillars: Search Ads for generic searches, Shopping for the positioning of products, Optimisation based on Target ROAS.
We extracted, structured and visually displayed the data on an interactive dashboard.
We focussed our strategy on creating Search Ads, Shopping campaigns and Optimisation based on Target ROAS.
What actions did we take? We optimised the product feed, adding elements to the Caption and descriptions and we improved the tracking to take into account the conversion rate and be able to quantify them. In addition, we launched campaigns for positioning in strategic searches, although they didn’t have a direct return, and we optimised the campaigns with a target ROAS on an account level and not on an individual campaign level.
Thanks to this, we were able to scale the business in Italy in a sustainable way and without losing opportunities for growth.
We combined technology and analytics to facilitate strategic business decision-making. Hence, we structured all of the company’s data (websites, marketing, marketplaces, logistics, social networks) in a data lake created on Bigquery.
Additionally, we created financial, marketing, usability, logistics and marketplace dashboards to facilitate quick decision-making by the decision makers involved.
